PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The White Wolf Japanese Patisserie project is an interior renovation. It is a modern Neo-Japanese and French-inspired bakery and cafe located in Clawson, Michigan. It is now part of the Noble Village expansion, sharing a space with the well-known sushi market Noble Fish. The patisserie is celebrated for blending traditional Japanese ingredients and "mouth-feel" textures with sophisticated French pastry techniques.
