Brian E. Howard, design principle, has over 25 years of experience in creating award-winning architecture. The firm’s portfolio includes historic restoration, custom renovation and building projects located throughout the state of Michigan, Virginia, Wisconsin, Tennessee and Arizona.
Brian E Howard is a licensed architect in the State of Michigan, member of the American Institute of Architect and member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
For the past 25 years, HF:architecture has been located in Royal Oak and the design architect on several development projects that have helped shape the current landscape in Royal Oak. Some of the projects include; the ZMC pharmacy building restoration project, 930 North Main Street restoration project (formerly the Harper Furniture building), 512 North Main Street (retail/office building) and 311/313 North Washington (two-unit townhouse project).
Brian has won numerous architectural awards for many projects located in downtown Royal Oak including the 2006 Governors Award for Michigan Historic Preservation for the B & C restoration project, City of Royal Oak beautification awards in 2014 for the 512 North Main Street renovation/addition project, 2005 for the B & C Restoration project and 2004 for the Hilzinger Building restoration project.
